Sign in with the credentials issued by your EasyCore account and you can:
• See live customer conversations from your website chat widget, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp — all in one inbox.
• Take over a chat from the AI assistant to reply as a human, then release it back when you're done.
• Get push notifications the moment a customer needs attention, so nothing is missed.
• View and manage bookings — create, reschedule or cancel — with the permissions your account allows.
• Search across conversations, messages, bookings, phone numbers and customer names.
• Switch between multiple companies if you operate more than one EasyCore account, and manage your signed-in devices.
EasyChat is a tool for existing EasyCore business customers and their staff. You need an EasyCore operator account to sign in — it is not a consumer chat app and does not create standalone accounts.
