Ratings and reviews

Not the best, all you guys having issues logging in and getting no help, I found the solution. Go into the app settings and clear the cache and memory then reopen the app, it works. I'd score it higher but they info to solve these problems is non existent. They also tell you to fill out a co-vid questionnaire but no information on where to find it. Very frustrating.

Unable to access tickets in the app which I need to be able to enter the ground... Have read the other reviews and tried all the things mentioned - clearing cache, updating the app, uninstalling and then reinstalling (default browser is already chrome) and nothing works - just keep getting the message an error has occured. FAQs are hopeless. Would give zero stars if I could.

As usual with this kind of app (one which is deemed necessary), it has been made too big. Too many functions, its just for ticketing and competitions. Trying to log in to your account doesn’t work if default browser is not chrome, which is poor design as the phone can tell the app if coded properly. Without logging in, no ticketing which could mean no entry to the match. Also getting the app updating when ticketing is stupid. Give an offine ticket option!
