ElecCerts produces BS 7671 electrical certification on site: EICRs, Electrical Installation Certificates, Minor Works Certificates, Emergency Lighting Certificates to BS 5266 and remedial works documentation, on your phone or tablet, exported as a clean PDF before you leave.
NO AI GUESSWORK ON SAFETY
Every flag, code and check comes from deterministic, rule-based logic against BS 7671 as written. Nothing safety-critical is left to a language model. The only place AI appears anywhere in ElecCerts is reading text off a photographed or scanned page — never deciding what you sign.
CERTSCAN — PATENT PENDING
Import a previous EICR as a PDF and CertScan reads the distribution boards, circuits and test results straight into a new certificate. It works by reading the document's own structure, not by guessing — the same file gives the same result every time. No retyping a schedule of results ever again. Most common UK certificate formats are supported. UK patent application GB2615781.8.
AMENDMENT 4 HANDLED PROPERLY
Certificates are locked to the amendment year they were issued under, so a report written before the changeover stays consistent with the edition it was inspected against. Re-open an older certificate and it stays as it was written.
