About this app

Elite Cabz Driver is the official driver app for Elite Cabz, Milton Keynes' licensed private hire operator. It's built for our badged drivers to receive and manage jobs on the road.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Go online and receive nearby job offers matched to your vehicle and radius
• See pickup, destination and fare before you accept
• Navigate with one tap to Google Maps or Waze
• Share your live location so the customer can track your arrival
• Track your earnings, drop-off and pick-up fees, and weekly statements
• Complete your driver onboarding in-app — upload your badge, plate, DBS, insurance and licence documents as a photo or PDF, and save and resume any time

What’s new

Fixes drivers disappearing from the office's map mid-job.

Android was putting the app to sleep once your screen locked, which quietly
stopped your location being shared. Dispatch could no longer see you, and the
app still said you were online.

Now the app notices the moment it stops being tracked, tells you, and offers one
tap to keep it running in the background. Going online is also faster and no
longer hangs when your phone is slow to find a GPS signal.
