I don't know whether it's the app or the device itself, but the touted smart features of the Mini Pro 3 with the app are junk. In the short, miserable, time I've enjoyed this overpriced plug socket it's variously deleted its own WiFi configuration, spontaneously unlocked itself and placed itself in a state where it is simultaneously both 'locked' and 'available to charge'. By all means buy one, but assume it's a dumb charger not a smart charger. The 'smart' features are useless.

Useless app. I logged out and now trying to log back in and the app has reset itself and now asking me to get started/re register. I enter all details in again to re-register, scan the code and it says the device is already registered. So frustrating, I'm going around in circles and getting nowhere. I've emailed customer support and not received any response from them.

Useless, and you can understand why the ratings are so low at 1.6! App Doesn't accept the manually entered serial number or QR codes on the chargers. No map option to locate Charger that way. Charger has a 24/7 helpline number on it, call up at 10:30 on a Saturday, automated response saying their offices are closed and hangs up. 6 EVs parked up, none charging as app not accepting serial numbers.
