Really good app, drivers still drive past your location though, also needs a function where you can tip once the journey is completed & you're happy with the service

This 'upgraded' of the app is dreadful. I can no longer make any card payments as it removed my card but claims I still have one on my account?, And it lists places, like Maggie Mays which has 3 different locations, all at the same address. Other bugs, like deleting all my previous bookings, or not allowing me to accurately see on the map where it thinks I am or where my taxi is, causing taxi's to show up at incorrect places. The older version of the app worked 100% of the time.

Post-Update Issues The app struggles to find my address despite living in these new-build apartments for almost 3 years – it defaults it to the houses further up the road. When I try to edit my prebooking address, it says there's an error. Hope I can flag down the taxi and convince them it's definitely for me! Also, there's no pay in cash option, which I do understand but that simply won't suit everyone (like if someone's card expired and they don't have a new one, or if they prefer cash)

Hi Rory, thanks for the feedback. We're aware of some issues with the addresses, but if you could email your address details to app.support@fonacab.com we can add these again manually which should help. There is a pay in cash option. The default is card, but if you select "pay in car" you can pay by cash or card at the end of your journey
