Worst experience... not once...everytime... drivers take too long... cab doesn't gets booked on time.. but the money gets deducted on time. Also, if we cancel due to long wait times..we have to pay cancellation fees. I would pay extra for other cab services...but not this.

I was not satisfied with the payment process and booking experience. The app/service felt confusing and payment process weren't clear. Booking ride took longer than expected, overall needs improvement to make it more user friendly

This 'upgraded' of the app is dreadful. I can no longer make any card payments as it removed my card but claims I still have one on my account?, And it lists places, like Maggie Mays which has 3 different locations, all at the same address. Other bugs, like deleting all my previous bookings, or not allowing me to accurately see on the map where it thinks I am or where my taxi is, causing taxi's to show up at incorrect places. The older version of the app worked 100% of the time.
