fraut is an app created by autistic people, for the families who love and support autistic children. fraut provides you, as a parent or carer, with practical tools, straightforward advice and empowering resources to help you navigate everyday challenges with confidence and compassion.

Your child may be newly diagnosed or on the path to diagnosis - or you may just be starting to wonder whether your child might be autistic. Wherever you are on that pathway, fraut is there to provide understanding at your fingertips.

fraut was fully designed and built by an autistic team, including a GP and an award-winning teacher. Every resource reflects lived experience, professional insight, and a deep commitment to supporting neurodiverse families with honesty and hope.
