The app was great until some channels got swapped around, and some channels disappeared completely. I wanted to update, but when I went onto the App store there was only the option to open the app. So I decided to uninstall & reinstall, unfortunately that's when the problem started, I couldn't get any tv guide atall except for the orange bit at the top with day & times, nor anything on what's on. It also kept putmy region as West, but I'm South West! Why has this happened?

Usually a convenient way of quickly checking one's favorite channel listings, all on 1 screen. But for the last few days it either won't update the listings to the current day, or it shows the right listings for today, but displays a different day at the top of the screen. This makes it frustrating & confusing, especially due to it's other problem: If you're looking at a previous day's listing, as u scroll around the channels, it often jumps back to the current day without u noticing.

Programme reminders haven't worked for ages. Notifications have been positively allowed in the Freeview app settings, and also in the mobile device Settings>Apps to allow notifications, including locked/unlocked pop-ups. App used to work all the time, but hasn't worked for months now since summer/autumn 2024, even though the app has been uninstalled and reinstalled, and I am using the latest version.
