I was pleased to see an option to buy direct from the publisher and read/listen through them, but the app is not optimized for android and needs an update. I downloaded the app and my first audiobook today, and now my phone keeps overheating and the screen freezes constantly. It's not compatible with Android Auto (I can listen via my car's Bluetooth, but I can't use car controls to pause, rewind, or fast forward.

The app is horrible. Keeps asking me to allow certain permissions before I can do anything on the app at all, but the permissions it wants to have allowed aren't even an option to allow. Tried listening to my audiobook purchase on the web browser (almost $40 for the book btw) and it keeps closing and logging me out every few minutes. Horrible company. Do not recommend

I'm not happy with this app at all can someone explain to me why I have to re-download nearly every week? & why it takes 45 mins I only have 1 book. what's the biggest inconvenience for me is that it won't pause unless I'm physically in the app it won't pause using a Bluetooth or even the drop-down function on my phone I have to stop everything I'm doing physically pick up my phone go into the app & pause I got so frustrated I purchased the same book on audible bc at least that app works. 0⭐
