Created by the Child and Adult Services Development Team at Hartlepool Borough Council, the App provides you with access to hundreds of local organisations, service providers and voluntary groups who can offer support, help, advice and guidance to help you stay fit and well.
The App also includes a calendar featuring hundreds of local events and activities taking places in and around Hartlepool every week - including coffee mornings, craft meetups, friendship clubs and yoga sessions.
Another feature of the App is the Equipment Finder which allows you to search for products that can help in your day to day life and make living at home easier. Once suitable products have been found there are links to external eCommerce shops where purchases can be made.
