About this app

Hello Pharmacy brings your GPhC-registered pharmacy to your phone, so you can manage your prescriptions and get pharmacy advice without having to call or queue up in person.

What you can do in the app:

Order repeat prescriptions
Nominate Hello Pharmacy through the NHS Electronic Prescription Service and order your repeat prescriptions in a few taps, no more waiting on hold or walking to the surgery.

Transfer an existing prescription
Already using another pharmacy? Switch to Hello Pharmacy and we'll handle the transfer for you.

Message a real pharmacist
Ask a question, report a side effect, or check on an order, and hear back from an actual pharmacist during opening hours, not a chatbot.

Book NHS and private services
See what's available near you and book things like Pharmacy First consultations, vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and private consultations, all from the app.

Manage prescriptions for your family
Add a partner, child, or elderly parent as a dependant and manage their prescriptions and appointments alongside your own, once they've been approved.

Track your order
See exactly where your prescription is, from being reviewed by the pharmacist through to dispensing, dispatch, and delivery or collection.

Free delivery or collection
Get your medicines delivered to your door for free, or collect from the pharmacy when it suits you.

Anyone registered with an NHS GP in England who wants a more convenient way to manage their prescriptions, plus anyone looking for private pharmacy services like travel vaccinations or minor ailment consultations.
