About this app

HiDoor Control is the operator companion to the HiDoor platform. It's for businesses, couriers, drivers, staff and administrators who run the HiDoor service — not for placing customer orders.

You must be invited by HiDoor or a HiDoor business to use this app.

WHY BACKGROUND LOCATION?
Couriers' devices share GPS while a delivery is active so the customer can see live tracking and dispatch can re-assign jobs if needed. Location sharing only runs during an active shift and stops the moment the courier goes offline or completes the job. A persistent notification is shown the whole time.
