Kind of annoying, that you have to pick a location first to edit / use your account information. Also I didn't get an order delivered on the day because I couldn't save my contact info, it kept resetting to my location for some reason. Even though I input my exact location on maps in notes (possibly a driver issue, do they have access to that information?). Shouldn't need to call and didn't receive any emails. I'm not using again until it updates.

Very easy to use!! Edited - Branches (especilly UWI branch) need to read the special instructions as customers may wish to leave things out of an order. Other than this issue for me......this app is excellent! It makes ordering (especially for large orders) easy and stress free. Good job Subway!!

Placed an order for myself and 2 friends. Order went in, they called to confirm it. ETA was 40 minutes. Waited over an hour to find out the order was cancelled over email. Personally I think that's something that needs a phonecall.
