Three separate parcels missing, attempted delivery twice, by all accounts, no reason given for failed delivery and all on the same day, one was delivered, so why weren't the other 3? No way to contact InPost to speak to an 'actual' person to find out where my lost items are. I won't be using this service again.

I can not find anywhere to tell you of my recent experience. I thought in -post great till today. My buyer requested door delivery and so only a label was issued. I have no printer. Went to three in.post outlets. Then the library still could not get a label printed. So now at my expense I am sending the parcel tomorrow though royal mail. In- post have been paid for the postage. Lots of people do not have printers. So what we supposed to do. ????

App is very glitchy and not working! Used it without hassle for a while but now insists i update app - but app says it's updated and invites me to open it - which page tells me i need to update it.. stuck in a loop! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the same glitch. Unusable! Very frustrating!
