About this app

Version 7 is here. And it's properly different.

Trackser now runs on Trackser Live - our own custom backend, built on richer TrackerNet data. All 11 lines are merged, cleansed and enriched on our servers, so your phone just reads the answer. Less data. Less battery. More detail.

🚇 A NEW BACKEND - SAME PHONE, LESS OF IT
The heavy lifting happens on our servers: merging the raw feeds, inferring direction, detecting stalls and matching the working timetable. Your phone receives clean, compact data and simply shows you trains.

🗺️ EVERY TRAIN, ALL 11 LINES
Live positions on real track layouts - platforms, junctions, and the one crawling out of Baker Street. Full live map coverage on every Tube line, updated every minute.

🚉 DEPARTURES THAT ADMIT THE TRUTH
Live or timetabled, clearly labelled, per platform, for every station on the network - Tube, Overground, Elizabeth line, DLR, Tram and River. If a train has stalled, you'll see it.

📢 DISRUPTION, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
AI-parsed service status with the full history and what's planned next - clear, readable and ready to act on. What's happening now, what happened earlier, and the closures coming up.

🕑 BOOKED VERSUS ACTUAL
Metropolitan line timetables with booked stopping patterns, platforms and real destinations - every branch, minute by minute - against what the train actually did. (Beta.)

🚆 NOT JUST A TRIP NUMBER - A UNIT
Leading car numbers, refurbished-train flags, and every run of the new Piccadilly 2024 Stock, logged automatically as it enters service. (Beta.)

👥 WHO IT'S FOR
• Commuters - know if that train is actually coming, or just wishful thinking
• Transport enthusiasts - unit numbers, refurb flags, stopping patterns and journey history
• Train operators - find your next pick-up and track movement across the network

✅ ALWAYS FREE
Everything you see here is free. No login. No subscription. No faff - and the live features you use today will always be free.

Coming later: Trackser Pulse, our own independent read on how the service is really running, plus an optional Pro subscription for deep historical data and replay. The everyday app stays free.
Live London Underground tracking - every line, every train, less of your data.
