Chalid Construction is a privately owned, independent recruitment agency that specialises in the Construction Industry, covering all job roles in terms of blue & white collar, ranging from Labour to Director, on both a permanent and temporary basis, across the East Anglia & East Midlands areas.

The primary focus of the business is to provide exemplary levels of service to client and candidate alike ensuring that their needs are met. Coupled with this focus as well as over 25 years of experience combined in the Construction industry, we will work closely with you to understand your career needs in order to find your next opportunity in the Industry.

We also work closely with our clients to ensure that we develop a thorough understanding of their needs, in terms of finding the right candidate for the right role and, in the case of trades, ensuring that each worker has PPE, CSCS and the right tools for the job required.
