The WiFi Smart Meter app displays accurate meter reads from Emlite smart meters. Using the WiFi communications module from Decmetrics, Emltie electric meters can be upgraded to Wi-Fi.
See instant power usage sent from the meter every few minutes. kWh energy profiled in 15 minute increments.

The WiFi module can be retrofitted to Emlite single phase electronic meters. Check with your existing meter operator first before touching any electric meter. Replace GSM/GPRS modules without cutting the power. Then connect the WiFi module in the same way and tighten the securing screws.
Download the WiFi Setup Tool to pair the meter with a local Wi-Fi network. This installation tool connects to the meter's network, then follow the steps to configure the network name and passkey.
After successfully connecting to a Wi-Fi network the meter sends meter reads every 15 minutes. Check the WiFi Smart Meter app to see latest meter reading data and profile data.
