About this app

OperatorCompliance is the operator licence compliance app for UK road transport operators, transport managers and drivers. It keeps your O-licence undertakings in one place: vehicle MOT and tax dates, safety inspection intervals, driver licence checks, Driver CPC expiry, tachograph downloads and daily walkaround checks, all with reminders before anything runs out.

The app is the mobile companion to your OperatorCompliance account at operatorcompliance.co.uk. Sign in with the same login you use on the web. Your account and plan are managed on the website; the app is free to download and use with an existing account.

- Insurance expiry and policy documents
- Vehicle off road (VOR) status when a dangerous defect is found
- Upload inspection sheets, MOT certificates, plating certificates and calibration records from your phone
- Download a vehicle compliance status PDF to share with a DVSA examiner or auditor

DRIVERS
- Driver licence status, validity date, penalty points and risk band
- Next licence check due date, based on the driver's risk band
- Driver CPC (DQC) expiry tracking
- Tachograph driver card expiry and card download due dates
- Driver consent status for licence checks
- Tachograph analysis reports with infringement counts and signed copies
- Upload licence photos, DQC cards and medical documents
- Driver compliance status PDF in the driver's own language

WALKAROUND CHECKS
- Daily walkaround check templates for HGV, van, PSV and trailer, following the DVSA Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness
- Mark each item ok, defect or not applicable, add notes and photos
- Record defects as minor, major or dangerous with a description
- Sign on screen and submit; the operator is notified and a PDF report is created
- Dangerous defects raise a critical alert and set the vehicle to VOR automatically

ALERTS AND CALENDAR
- One list of open alerts across vehicles and drivers, ordered by severity
- Acknowledge or resolve alerts from the app
- Calendar of upcoming deadlines for the next 60 days
- Push notifications for critical alerts, expiring documents, walkaround defects and ready reports

TEAM
- Invite transport managers, viewers and drivers to your operator
- Role-based access: owners and transport managers see everything, drivers see only their own records and walkaround checks

LANGUAGES
English, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian and Bulgarian. Change the language in the app and reports and notifications follow.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRICING
The app is free. Plans, trials and billing are handled on operatorcompliance.co.uk. Nothing is sold inside the app and there are no advertisements.
