This app is so user-unfriendly that I wonder if the council chose it on purpose, because they don't want to deal with the cleaning! I tried sending a report, and I was convinced that I had sent it, but then 3 days later I found out the report has just been saved without sending. The app should make it obvious if the report has not been sent, maybe give me a notification or something like that, highlighting that the report has not been sent.

There is a message that appears when the report has been sent or telling you it was unable to send and then a badge appears on the Reports icon showing the number of saved reports not sent. A notification is sent when the report has sent successfully (if notifications are turned on) but we will look at sending one when it hasn't been sent as well.

I used this app for the first time today. Twice within half a mile. I was impressed with the picking up of my location and the council liable for cleaning the area but, having supplied a photo of the fly tipping, I didn't realise I would be expected to fill in all sorts of details about the items dumped. The photo gives you that. I can't be hanging around filling it in. It's too risky. I don't want to be challenged by anyone flytipping. Whether it works or not I can only tell if the items go.

Hi Valerie. Once you get on to the details screen you can save the report with your photo and location set and then when it is safe to do so pick them up from the saved reports folder and complete the details and send then.

Love the idea of this app. I live near a supermarket and it's difficult to get shopping trolleys collected. The app is easy to use and a map pin to pick the area is a great idea. I just take a picture and submit when I get home. I reported 4 issues and took me 5 mins in total. Only feedback is the suggested category wasn't very good at working out what my picture was of. I'd rather a top reported short list or an easy contains search.
