This app is a great idea and I've used it to report bags of litter to be collected near council bins. However there seems to be a bug when trying to report fly tipping. Before the report can be completed, a message appears that the street will be cleaned in 48 hours. This message repeats several times and the Send option doesn't work.

That messaging does prevent you reporting as this council does not attend for flytipping if the street is due to be done within 48 hours as it will be actioned then. If it is not done then you can report straight after.

At least you can feel you are doing something about the criminals who throw rubbish in beautiful countryside locations rather than the tip. My only criticism is the lack of feedback - it would be nice if there was a notification saying how many other people had reported the flt tipping/ litter and also if the council posted pictures of the cleaned location or when/ if hidden cameras or forensics led to successful productions of culprits.

We were told that we can take pictures and report if someone blocks our drive during the school hours and council will issue them tickets. But when I rang them they said we can't issue tickets on 3rd party pictures. What's the point of telling us. People have started parking in our driveway and some people block the dropped curb. We can't really go out during the school time. I always get late for my kids. For this reason it's useless.

Please use the service review option within the app when a report is closed by your council to raise service issues. The app is working as it should reflecting the councils feedback when closing. This is a service issue not an app review. Thank you.
