You must be a current staff member of Paragon Bank with an active OutSystems profile in order to use this app. If you do not already have an OutSystems username and password, please raise a service request on Affinity under “Access to Application request” and select “Office Space” from the list.
This app helps keep you and your colleagues safe by implementing social distancing guidelines in the workplace. Desk capacity has been reduced to limit the number of staff in the office at any one time, so you need reserve a desk before coming in. You can book a parking space and lunch table at the same time.
KEY FEATURES:
- Log in with your OutSystems username and password
- View your upcoming bookings, and cancel bookings that are no longer needed
- Reserve your parking space, desk, and lunch area before you come into the office
- Check-in to your desk when you arrive, and check-out when you leave
- Cleaning staff will deep clean the desks that have been used each day
