Poor app, most of the attachments I receive from school don't display (they used to, then they stopped working) and now I can't log in, just says error occurred. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didnt work, tried resetting my log in details but just says error again, can't get beyond the log in screen, not good when this appears to be the main way schools communicate with parents

Terrible. It used to let me know if I had messages. Now, I need to open the app to see if I have any. Which means i sometimes miss things, such as deadlines, etc Half the time, it doesn't load and repeatedly tells me an error has occurred. As much as using an app to be in contact with the school is great, I much prefer the old-fashioned way of using letters.

Used to think this app was great, but since March, I've had nothing but problems with it, despite the so called updates to fix problems! I can't access any letters that the school sends out, and now I can't even check on the term dates . I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no avail, and even went to the expense of upgrading my phone, but still no joy. Only giving 2 stars for how it used to be, not how it is now.
