terrible customer service, when i have arrived parking spot, there was rubble, old furniture parts with lots of nails, i did not feel comfortable to park there, i have taken photos and opened a ticket, but nobody even bothered to answer.

Avoid. their are better apps like justpark and your parking space. no instant booking features. have to apply for spaces and wait for few day. refund policy very unfair

Avoid at all cost! Booked two spaces. Owner of first one was not responsive, refunded in 2 days. Second one was arranged but parking space owner didnt turn up at the arranged time. No one from parklet was there, too. Deposit was paid but ZERO protection and security was there for the renter. Have to make a long trip back. Ended up having to make a last min booking which cost so much more... They need to manage their services...
