Ratings and reviews

This app crashes frequently when accessing messages. It also continually crashes when a videonis sent viabthe message platform. It makes it impossible to use and highly frustrates the process. The search function and ability tobsave search types is good.

Good for buying a pet. Terrible for the sellers. High costs for adverts now and high costs for PetPayment, impossible to refund these PetPayments if rehoming doesn't work out, actually takes a week which makes the breeder look bad. Not at all helpful if you are a hobby breeder. Do not accept GCCF registration as being licenced, asked for a Council one that only exists for dog breeding. Unfortunately they have the lottery with such a site and charging more and more.

This app sucks. The only good thing about it, is that it put us in touch with someone who had kittens. We wanted to purchase two from one supplier. The app wouldn't allow this, so no pet cover is provided for the second pet. All James from Pets4homes could say was sorry but this cannot be fixed retrospect. This app needs a lot of improvement. Be warned!
