Pluzo Manager is the staff companion app for restaurants on the Pluzo loyalty platform. It puts the loyalty desk in your pocket, so front-of-house teams can look after members without leaving the floor.

Find any guest in seconds
Search the guest book by name, member code, email or phone and pull up a loyalty profile instantly.

Award points at the table
Record a guest's spend in a couple of taps and their loyalty points are allocated on the spot, with the balance updated live in their own Pluzo app.

Redeem rewards at the till
Look up and redeem reward vouchers and offer codes in one tap, with instant validation so there is never a question at the counter.

Your shift at a glance
The Today dashboard shows guests helped, points awarded and rewards redeemed, plus a live feed of recent activity. Weekly sign-up reports show how the loyalty club is growing.

Pluzo Manager is for staff at participating Pluzo venues. You need a staff account issued by your venue to sign in. If you are a guest looking to earn rewards, download the Pluzo customer app instead.
