Most people have no idea how long they could keep going if the power went out, the water stopped, or they had to leave the house. Provision answers that in a number.
Add what you already own — the tins in the cupboard, the bottled water under the stairs, the gas canister in the shed. Scan a barcode or type a name. Provision counts it against the people you actually feed, not a national average, and tells you how many days you have.
It counts the thing that runs out first. A fortnight of food and two days of water is two days. That is exactly the sort of thing worth knowing in advance.
WHAT IT DOES

• Works out what to buy next — the thing that moves the number most, for the least money
• Tracks expiry dates and tells you before things go off

• An equipment checklist with the reason attached, so it reads as advice rather than a shopping list
