Ratings and reviews

The app always shows a notification, but once opened, there is no notification. That annoys me. The fuel saver is about as much use as a handbrake on a canoe. What is the point of showing where I can find cheap unleaded when my car runs on DIESEL. Just change it to search for diesel instead of unleaded. Sounds simple, but that little selection bar won't change does nothing. I'm almost inclined to uninstall the app until it is needed.

It's ok, good for finding cheap fuel in your area, reading latest news etc and getting reminders for service, mot, and insurance due dates. I haven't had to use the app to report a breakdown, so can't comment on that. But what is the point of the biometric login button as it just doesn't work!? I emailed customer care about it over 14 months ago. The app has updated several times since then , but the biometric login still doesn't work!

Just does not work. i have tried on two different devices running Android and have never successfully logged on. All i get is "Oops, something went wrong". This app is utterly useless if you can't login! Edit: Managed to login by manipulating the authentication link from RAC to open in Chrome rather than Edge (my default). Initially rate the app a 2 on the basis of the huge volume of ads and, basically, spam content within it. Tut, tut, RAC. At least let users disable such unwanted rubbish!
