Just does not work. i have tried on two different devices running Android and have never successfully logged on. All i get is "Oops, something went wrong". This app is utterly useless if you can't login! Edit: Managed to login by manipulating the authentication link from RAC to open in Chrome rather than Edge (my default). Initially rate the app a 2 on the basis of the huge volume of ads and, basically, spam content within it. Tut, tut, RAC. At least let users disable such unwanted rubbish!

It's ok, good for finding cheap fuel in your area, reading latest news etc and getting reminders for service, mot, and insurance due dates. I haven't had to use the app to report a breakdown, so can't comment on that. But what is the point of the biometric login button as it just doesn't work!? I emailed customer care about it over 14 months ago. The app has updated several times since then , but the biometric login still doesn't work!

My car would not start. I notified RAC of this through the app. This was simple to do & the app also was able to give the correct location to where I was. The app was able to tell me an estimated time RAC would arrive & kept me updated with how far away they were. Quick service , friendly service, car sorted in quick time. Battery changed & I was on the road again. Great service !
