Pretty frustrating experience overall. The app doesn't sync your favourites with the website and vice versa. There's a bug scrolling through things where it shows a loading spinner instead of telling you there aren't any more results so you don't know if it's actually loading anything... it also shows long out of stock items in the search. Also, to buy anything through the app you have to pay through the browser on your phone, why not improve the mobile experience of the website instead?

Poorly designed and hard to search. To search by product type the options are limited. For example I wanted to look at sweatshirts/jumpers and this doesn't appear as an option in men's clothing. Poorly designed genrally, all items appear together in one page with limited filter options. App also lags, typed searches take a while to load.

Adding size filters doesn't work. The fact that "recommended" filter is applied by default, which you won't necessarily notice, means that you can easily miss items.
