Awful. Worse than the first one. So bad, I'll be more inclined to drive places before I'd even think of getting a train. Frequent crashes, information, like what platform your train is coming in at, isn't just sitting there for your convenience. You have to go looking for it. Ridiculous app, ridiculous prices. No way to expand your journey to see the stops . Just all ridiculous. Information shown is often wrong too, especially where you have to have a change of trains.

Absolutely terrible. The UI is confusing, unintuitive, and it regularly tries to trick you into buying the wrong, more expensive ticket type (e.g. two singles for a return journey, as the app defaults to a single even if you choose return on the home screen). The app does not remember your payment details so you have to enter it every time if it even works at all as today it refused to let me buy tickets saying that "payment failed" before I could even enter my card information.

Dangerously bad. The old version was suboptimal but still functional. This new one is so bad, I'm surprised they pushed for it to replace the old app. Doesn't allow payments through saved bank details, PayPal's the only option, that too works intermittently. Doesn't work half the time if you want to buy a return ticket, doesn't save Railcard settings... I've switched back to buying paper tickets from the station, at this point. I would seriously advise people to not count on it to work
