I'm not liking this new app. I keep putting myself forward for jobs. they keep pending for ages and then I don't get them. and apparently my rate is low for my area! I've had not work in months. change it back to first come first served and flat rate for area. Been with sitters for 10years and this new way is terrible!

I went through the pain of registering on the website only to find out I can't use the website, it's actually a phone app! And the app doesn't even open on my phone, it just says 'something went wrong'!

Very helpful and reliable to find someone, but expensive subscription for only occassional use. App is OK but annoying to no longer have a related Web version.
