Snappy Driver is the delivery app for drivers working with Snappy Shopper stores. It gives you everything you need to run your shift — from clocking on to your last drop of the night.

Sign in with your Snappy driver account to get started. This app is for authorised Snappy Shopper delivery drivers; your account is provided when you join.

ON SHIFT
• Start and end your shift in a tap and see your status at a glance.
• Receive orders assigned to you, with clear pickup and drop-off details.
• Keep the store and customer updated automatically as you make your way to them.

DELIVER WITH CONFIDENCE
• One-tap handoff to your preferred navigation app (Google Maps or Waze).
• Scan order QR codes so you pick up the right bags every time.
• Capture proof of delivery, including a signature and age checks for age-restricted items.

STAY ON TOP OF EARNINGS
• Track cash owed and tips across your shift.
• Review your completed orders.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD
• Live location sharing keeps the store and customer in the loop while you're on shift, so you can focus on driving.
• Timely notifications for new orders and updates.

LOCATION
This app collects location data to share your delivery progress with the store and customer, and to assign you nearby orders, even when the app is closed or not in use. Location is only collected while you are on shift — you choose when you start and end a shift, and location sharing stops when your shift ends. The app explains this and asks for your permission before any location is collected.

PERMISSIONS THIS APP USES
• Location (precise, including background) — share delivery progress and assign nearby orders while you're on shift.
• Camera — scan order QR codes at pickup.
• Notifications — alert you to new orders and shift updates.
