The app feature that means more than one card can be used is long overdue. Sometimes it loads all cards, others it won't. It doesn't show all loans at times and won't allow renewals on others. While renewing books the entire list vanished and registered no loans until I restarted the app. Glitches need ironing out! UPDATE. Now receiving fines due to the app not working correctly. Has wiped all family accounts yet again. This app is poor!

I have loved this app since during lockdowns, it has been brilliant! The search feature is quite literal, so won't bring up things close to what you type, which can be frustrating. BUT in the last month, it keeps removing my childrens linked accounts regularly which is a huge pain, and hasn't been an issue before!!!!!

This used to be useful. But it's been updated with less functionality (removal of wish lists) for the sake of superficiality and visual noise (to look like every other media streaming app). Almost unresponsive most if the time.
