It is getting worse now. The app is malfunctioning. I can't book any tickets because it says there is an error while I'm doing a regular search, and sometimes when I managed to go through this stage my card, which is valid, is declined, even if my it goes straight to my bank and I approved the transaction. Unless you correct this problem your company will be affected negatively if this is a generalized problem.

Brilliant app but only 1 type of railcard can be used at a time. this is my go to when travelling with my husband as we're both using the same railcard. but when travelling with my daughter I will have to email pete@splitmyfare I guess the reason multiple railcards aren't allowed is due to the train operating companies. thanks for reaching out Pete ( please leave the correct email in the reply)

would never use this app again. Made a booking and showed up fine. arrived back in London to get my train and the app shows no tickets. no tickets purchased. Just my account information. Yet I can see the money has come out of the bank and I have an email from them confirming the tickets. Back to the good old train line for me that not only works but actually was a cheaper option...
