QuickSpec App is a Quick and Easy way to view our Building Regulations Specifications with the convenience of access on your Mobile Device.
As well as access to our library of our Building Regs Specs, it's also possible to compile and edit a Full Specification within the App.

Specifications are constantly reviewed and updated to be inline with the latest Building Regulations in England and Wales. Specifications are calculated & compiled to be inline with current U-Value requirements.
The library includes more than 1500 Building Regulations Specifications and provides a dedicated section for compiling and editing a bespoke specification which can then be shared.

The Specifications are for use with Domestic/Residential building projects in England and Wales and are categorised into subsections including Roofs, Floors, Walls, Structure, Foundations, Internal Works, Means of Escape & Fire Regulations, Windows & Doors, Ventilation, Planning Permitted Development, Drainage, Renewable Energy.
Once within a section, navigate through the subcategories to find the specification that you need, then add it to your bespoke specification.

For example, our Roof sections include various:
