Throw this app in the bin please, I still don't know why it is relied upon for ID checking when everything in it could have been sent in an email. Not to mention the chip scanner doesn't work. Don't piss me off.

Hopeless piece of junk! The app is repeatedly unhappy with image it takes when it has control of ones camera regardless of lighting, position, etc. 'U Check' wants people to use this for DBS enhanced check for their clients. Opted out of digital check. They will just have to use other methods for ID verification.

I used this app to verify my ID for DBS. The result failed due to a liveness check despite the initial photo passing the system's feature requirements. If the system can't verify me from a still image, it shouldn't ask for one. Please switch to an active verification step if these verifications are system checked and not verified by a human until your model works better.
