Terrible app. Trying to verify my ID. Unable to saying I need to go to Guestlink. Cipher AI says person requested check will give that. Not the case. Other people not experiencing these difficulties and have not been asked for a Guestlink code. All this digital age needs to be spot on for it to work effectively, if at all and have clear and detailed instruction.

Good if you are going far away to start a job but the facial recognition is so temperamental. I have had multiple times where it says to re do it, then says it has been successful only to be contacted and say it hadn't worked. Please improve the facial recognition bit - I never have a problem at the automatic passport control gates so it isn't my face!

What a bad app - and unfortunately it's used for important official processes in the UK. First I don't think that any platform (like "TrustID") should force users to use a smartphone to go through a mandatory official process. If they do, it is also quite bad practice to force them to install an app. But on top of all that, the app doesn't even work: it rejects any document photos you take, and doesn't allow you to upload a scanned copy either. Really really unhelpful.
