This app worked fine for myself when completing ID verification. Obviously, others might have a different user experience, but mine was OK on the whole, but face recognition was a nightmare. There's only so much you can do with a front camera, as the quality is lower than the rear camera.

Throw this app in the bin please, I still don't know why it is relied upon for ID checking when everything in it could have been sent in an email. Not to mention the chip scanner doesn't work. Don't piss me off.

Good if you are going far away to start a job but the facial recognition is so temperamental. I have had multiple times where it says to re do it, then says it has been successful only to be contacted and say it hadn't worked. Please improve the facial recognition bit - I never have a problem at the automatic passport control gates so it isn't my face!
