It works, mostly. But even with app opened, calls don't ring and show as missed the first time someone calls. UI is plain-looking. Conference calls are unusably noisy. It will often drop calls with no notification, so you suddenly find you are talking to nobody mid-sentence. Latest version always logs me out after a few hours.Since the password is a long, random string assigned by an admin, it's that much more of a pain.

We've had this for over 2 years at work. Its never worked well, with distorted sound being a huge issue, calls ending before you can pick them up and if you're lucky enough to get connected, its a gamble whether you stay connected. Frustratingly, when we approached Horizon to get help, we were told no one else has reported issues and it must be our internet connection. 40 people in different locations, all with dodgy internet!

Sometimes the app decides it can't use my phone's mic for no apparent reason. Most irritating when you've spent an hour on a waiting line. Sometimes the buttons to cancel an incoming call don't work. It would be helpful if the standard page was the dialpad, and if the backspace button was down by the numbers in reach of your thumbs, rather than at the top by the entry field.
