This App is awful it never works. You spend 5 minutes trying to upload docs then just freezes or you press the add product button and just doesn't go anywhere. What a waste if time. Sort it out vaillant.

When I enter gas safe number and verify, it changes the address and omits the street. I am then unable to enter the street manually. Then I'm then unable to move on because I haven't entered the street.

App works but if you want vaillant to attend to a warranty they tell you they can't access the app so you have to re register by phone which defeats having the app in the first place
