Get connected to Vitality and track your progress towards Active Rewards on the go.

Link an activity tracker to the Vitality Member App to start earning points towards rewards.

The Vitality Member App allows you to:

• Track Vitality Programme progress
• See an overview of the products you have with Vitality
• Track progress towards your Active Rewards
• Link multiple devices to track activity
• Track your Vitality status
• Browse the other partner benefits available to you
• Access to support areas for device linking
• View articles from the latest Vitality Magazine.

Collecting your activity data


Step, workout and Mindfulness data will automatically sync in the background, and can take a minimum of two hours to process and be sent to Vitality.

Important information


You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.

Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.

Since the recent update, it isnt automatically updating my activities from my fitbit. Everytime I complain, I have to send proof of my activities than asked to disconnect and reconnect. Done this twice in a week already!! Before the update, the app was working perfectly well for me.

That's not good Urvi! Have you made sure that your data is syncing from the Fitbit app to the Fitbit website? As this is where we receive your data from. If this is syncing please get in touch via Social Media with screenshots of your activity and your Fitbit ID, so that we can get this raised to be investigated further. Alex

The app often crashes, runs into problems, and the points add system is down frequently. Good incentive, not such a great app unfortunately. Update a year on. The points need to be checked and monitored daily, and I had about a week out of the year with no issues. Reporting via social media works most of the time, I have been ignored few times. Such shame, as the experienced is marred by the tech difficulties. Surely, easily fixed? Unless the aim is to use as little benefits as possible.

Worst app I've ever used! Hard to login, nothing works, no matter what I try i end up with an 404 error. Have raised this twice with their support and assured they were looking into. Nothing changes. After weeks of trying, I randomly managed to get on and book a GP appt. Now the online portal says I need to check the app and my inbox to find the details but there is no such option and yet again I keep being shown error 404. The MOST stressful app, even more so if unwell and NEED it for treatment

It's absolutely ridiculous that your system can't even sync properly with Samsung Health. It was working fine for months, and now it's just stopped syncing half of my workouts. I'm tired of having to constantly report missing points with screenshots and explanations every week. Can't you just get it together? I put in the effort to work out, and your system can't even be bothered to recognise it.
