VX Site — Field task management for construction teams

VX Site is a workforce coordination app built for construction and field-services companies. It keeps site teams,
supervisors and office staff aligned around the same projects, tasks and records — on the phone in the field and on
the desktop in the office.

What you can do

• Manage projects end-to-end — create projects, assign team members, track progress across multiple sites from a
single dashboard.

• Capture tasks on site — log work against any project, attach photos, record measurements, tick off checklists, and
collect signatures. Everything is timestamped and tied to GPS coordinates so there's a clear audit trail of what was
done, where and when.

• Submit site forms — complete safety checks, inspection forms and compliance paperwork directly on your phone. No
more lost clipboards or illegible scans.

• Work offline, sync automatically — VX Site is built offline-first. Capture tasks, photos and forms even when you're
out of signal. The app queues everything locally and syncs the moment you're back online, so you never lose work on a
remote site.

• Photo-backed evidence — take photos directly through the app and attach them to any task or form. Photos are
compressed efficiently, uploaded in the background, and securely stored against the relevant project.

• Real-time collaboration — when your office team updates a project, assigns a new task, or archives completed work,
the changes appear on your phone immediately. No manual refresh.

• Role-based access — workers see only the projects and tasks they're assigned to. Admins get a full view of
everything and can manage users, projects and team membership from the web admin panel at vxsite.web.app.

Built for the field

• Phone sign-in with SMS — no passwords to remember or share between crew members. Sign in with your phone number,
verify with a one-time code, and you're in.

• Location-aware — tasks and photos are tagged with GPS coordinates and timestamps, so you always know exactly where
and when work was carried out.

• Efficient on data — photos are compressed before upload and synced in the background, so VX Site stays light on
mobile data allowances.

• Resilient sync engine — if your phone loses connection mid-upload, VX Site recovers automatically. Nothing is lost.
