Lot's of bad reviews but I love the app and have had zero problems with it.. Been using the app for over a year and it's fantastic
In principle this is a good idea however it has a number of issues. The app is okay but not brilliant, a lot of people might find it a bit hard work, its not intuitive, and almost feels like a prototype/ beta version of the app. Poor sign on process. Its not accessible. Colouring and contrast is poor & too many questions asked. This would be difficult for someone using accessibility features or if they had movement issues. Why is a password required and sign up said PIN rather than Password. There is no integration of social media sign ins, so there is a reliance on people having an email address (not everyone has one and not having an email is more prevalent in areas with more deprivation). I registered in Android using completely fake information and I was able to access the app okay so I confused as to why they want this amount of detail. Its not intuitive. On sign up there is no indication of what notifications you want or indeed that you can get notifications. Sharing options buggy, you have to press for sometime … most people would give up, Facebook share didn’t work, email share crashed. App Logo looks amateur which doesn't reflect well on the school.
Really handy to keep in touch with school easily. Can I request some additional notifications on photos, documents and other items as we have our school newsletter delivered via the app I could do with a reminder.
On initial screen to enter school name it just hangs...... Pointless
Won't let me put my pin in says it wrong when it's not
