WTNcloud is the digital Waste Transfer Note app built for UK independent waste carriers, skip hire firms, grab lorry operators and registered waste businesses. Replace your paper duplicate book with a digital WTN, designed for duty-of-care compliance, that you can complete on your phone — even with no signal.

WORKS OFFLINE, EVERY TIME
Open the app at the kerbside, fill in every field, capture the customer signature and before/after photos, and mark the transfer complete. No signal, no problem. The PDF is generated and the customer email is sent automatically the moment your device is back online. No more lost paperwork, illegible carbon copies or "I'll email it later".

DESIGNED FOR DUTY-OF-CARE COMPLIANCE
Every WTN generated by WTNcloud includes the legal declaration, EWC code classification, transferor and transferee signatures, and the waste hierarchy duty-of-care statement described in the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011. Search the full EWC (List of Waste) code list from inside the app — no need to dig out a printed reference.

READY FOR DIGITAL WASTE TRACKING
The UK's mandatory Digital Waste Tracking service rolls out in phases under the Environment Act 2021 — receiving sites in October 2026, carriers, brokers and dealers in October 2027 (Scotland January 2027). WTNcloud is built with the rollout in mind so you'll already be generating digital WTNs when the mandatory date arrives.
