Ratings and reviews

Good app that could be outstanding with a few improvements. 1) app isn't Android Auto compatible, so it doesn't cast to the stereo headset in my car. If I start a podcast using my phone, it will still broadcast through my stereo, but I cannot interact with the app through the car's headset. 2) when listening in my car, and I shut off my vehicle, the app forgets where I stopped listening to the podcast. So 3*'s. But no ads and no special permissions gives it an extra *, so I'm rating it 4*'s.

This is a fantastic podcast player. Better than the popular ones. The UI is snappy and you can add any podcasts rss feed that you want. Minimal and everything feels like it is in the right place. Beautifully designed. It also has a great and fast podcast search tool. The whole app is lag free. The discovery tab has some great suggestions, though they are not extensive nor categorized. I've downloaded a lot of podcast players. After years, I think I've found the best.

This new version of Anytime is even better! Simple and beautiful interface, easy to listen and to find and subscribe to podcasts. The cons I see in this: a) not being able to search among the episodes nor b) sorting (a-z, chronollogically, duration etc.). I also c) can't *manually* update the feeds to see what are the new episodes from all subscriptions, have to visit each one. Thanks to the developer!
