ComplyChat gives your organisation's work conversations a channel it owns, and files the lasting record into your own Microsoft 365.

For UK trustee and council boards: charities and care providers, schools and colleges, chartered bodies and regulators. If someone asked for those conversations tomorrow, could you produce them? Today the work happens on channels your organisation does not own, cannot produce and cannot hold. ComplyChat is the channel it does own, and it is as easy as the messaging your people already prefer.

HOW IT WORKS
- Your organisation adds people to a governed channel. There is nothing for them to set up.
- Members message, and share photos, files, voice notes, locations and contact cards.
- Staff answer from Microsoft Teams or in the app.
- Once your Microsoft 365 tenant is connected, the lasting record files there: your tenant, your retention rules, per organisation, never pooled with anyone else's.

CALLS, ON THE RECORD
- Voice and video calls happen inside the same governed channel, and every call is recorded. There is no unrecorded option.
- Both people are told before the call connects and must accept a recorded call. A recording indicator stays on screen throughout.
- The recording and a written transcript land in your own Microsoft 365, under the same retention and access rules as messages.

SIGNING IN
- Sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by text.
- After the first time you can choose to sign in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock. That check happens on your device; your fingerprint and face never leave it.

TRANSPARENT BY DESIGN
- Everyone added to a channel is told it is on the record, and can object or leave at any time.
- A recorded call is exactly that: everyone is told before it begins, and it only goes ahead on the record.
- A term ends, a phone is replaced, someone leaves. Their access ends; the record does not move, because it was never anywhere but your own Microsoft 365.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
- No adverts. No third-party tracking. Your conversations are never sold.
- Everything you send travels over an encrypted connection.
- Every message is processed in UK Azure, with no Meta step in the middle.
- The lasting record rests in your own Microsoft 365, under retention rules your organisation controls. We never become your system of record.

ComplyChat is provided to members by their organisation: a charity, care provider, school, college, chartered body or regulator that has chosen to keep its work conversations on the record. If your organisation uses ComplyChat, joining takes a minute and needs only your phone number. Available in the United Kingdom.
