Very frustrating. It's the only way to get your tickets. Mine was showing a week before the event then disappeared the night before. I couldn't see my account to check I was logged in. Goodness only knows if I'll see any tennis. Combined with a dysfunctional website that made me reselect cookie options at every screen, I will not be going to another LTA event for a very long time

Really difficult to find out how to download the app. There should be a clear button which you click. Instead one goes round and round in circles. Look at one or two of the gov.uk system,s, e.g. pasport applications, to see how to make it easy for the user. Obviously no testing has taken place with the user's needs in mind.

I've been using this app for tickets to Queens Club this week and for following match scores and schedule. The app does not always give accurate information or update changes in schedule despite updated info showing in a different tennis app. I was able to access my tickets which I'd purchased online.
