Ratings and reviews

It's OK in terms of UX/UI, but the app is dated. in this modern day, and busy people/families, you'd think that it would be possible to follow the norm in terms of digital membership cards. Many don't even take a wallet out, so remembering a card isn't high on people's minds. I am sure that the #1 requested feature would be digital membership cards. If it had this, my rating would be way higher.

The app is good as a guide to locate places to visit, especially if you're visiting a different location. Since it's upgrade, you can no longer record your favourite places or tick off where you've visited, so it doesn't really offer you anything more than a quick Google search now. It could be better used as a virtual membership card and save issuing those each year, with QR codes for parking and loyalty points at the cafes and to access my membership rather than through desktop

Very poor, useful features still not reinstated. No membership card, no facility to check in or record of places visited. We've been forced to get another set of membership cards for those places where staff are reluctant to scan a phone and have have taken umbridge at those of us who live in the 21st century and have all our cards on a device. A shame
