Ratings and reviews

Tried to pre-book a taxi, it told me it was all set up. But at the time of my booking no cars were around and nothing was happening on the app. Closed and re-opened it a couple of times and no changes. So I cancelled the trip and booked a local taxi by phone. 5 minutes later I received confirmation of my my booking by text. It's a very confusing service.. Don't think I'll be using it again.

My local Taxi firm has just started using this app so I downloaded it to my mobile. It is very difficult to add my exact location as a fav pick-up point because the app uses google maps for my location. The google location is close but not close enough to send the taxi to the correct pick-up point. Another thing I noticed was the price. A regular jorney from home to Crewe Railway Station is 50% more expensive. I doubt that I will be using this app at all.

Not reliable and won't use again. It's baffling that the app allows you to book a taxi at a pre-scheduled time, then after sometime it signs you off and when you log back in again you discover that your booking has been cancelled. No notifications are sent because, as i said, the app signs you off for whatever reason when the taxi company cancels the booking.
