Track your driver’s progress to your pickup location in the app

Pay by credit card, cash or with your business account

We’ll email you the receipt for your records

Not bad, but not great either. Not given any indication of wait times and it doesn't show correctly where drivers are located - every time I've used it it's just said arriving in 1 minute for however long until the driver turns up. The lack of an ETA for a driver to (potentially) accept is a bit off putting as well, I've had to cancel before because I've been on the assigning driver message for well over 20 minutes not sure if I'm even going to get one.

I can't get the app to register or open i put my number in then put the code in then my email it then says something went wrong please try again I've tried about 10 times any help please ?

service is excellent, driver incredibly lovely, car clean and comfy. fast pick up, safe driving. app doesn't let you tip which is frustrating
