Book a taxi in under 10 seconds and experience exclusive priority service from the largest taxi firm in Cambridge. With supported use for non-UK numbers.

You can place the booking directly on our map, if travelling in a group or want an executive vehicle? Then select your preferred vehicle type and see how many available cars there are and the estimated time of arrival.

Securely enter your credit or debit card details and store them for future journeys. You will receive an email receipt for future reference.
Or if you are a current account holder with Panther Taxis you can place your booking on your account avoiding having to pay by cash or obtaining a receipt.
Furthermore, the Panther Taxis driven by Riide App can be used in multiple locations throughout the UK, including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield and many more allowing you to use one App for your taxi journeys nationwide, with the added benefit of using your existing store card details or account.

It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book a fully licenced and insured vehicle.

When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

Ratings and reviews

The drivers have been great, but the app is terrible. I can't put in proper locations for the places I'm going to a lot of the time (they show up as the wrong name and the driver has to ask/call me), if I schedule a pickup time the drivers don't seem to know that they're very early or very late, the drivers can't see the map of where I am so they don't realize they're nowhere near me sometimes, and the app is very fussy about what type of card you use and will often error when authenticating.

Worked ok for a few day's. Then, it started taking too long to assign a driver (around 5 minutes on at least three occasions). What really frustrates me is when the app tells me 4 minutes or less, when it's a complete lie. On average it's around 15 - 20 minutes pretending it's close by.

Laughably bad. Glitches that cost money. Pay for a taxi, then shows nothing is coming and let's you book again, so you double book a taxi. Slow and all round poor. Just ring up or use another service. This app is diabolical.
