Campsite Guest is your companion app for stays booked through campsites using the Campsite Booking System.

Connect to the campsite you're staying with and have everything about your trip in one place:

- View your booking — your dates, pitch and stay details
- Read the campsite's welcome book — arrival info, wifi, site rules and local tips
- Get directions to the site
- Save the campsites you've stayed at, so you can return and rebook with a tap

The app connects directly to each campsite's own booking system. Your booking information is held by the campsite you book with — the app simply gives you a clean, mobile-friendly way to access your stay.

Staying at more than one site? The app remembers each campsite you connect to, making it easy to rebook your favourites or manage an upcoming trip somewhere new.

What’s new

• Cancel a booking from the app, where your campsite offers it. You'll see the cancellation terms and exactly what you'd get back before you confirm.
• View the receipt for a payment you've made, so you have proof of payment even if you paid at an unattended barrier.
