Followed instruction video. Says device connected, but does nothing further, even left it for an hour. restarted everything, but only gives you connect device, device connected and nothing more. Attempted with 2 more Samsung devices, stays on device connected but displays none.

Collects and shares all data it can get as detailed in their terms/conditions. Also have to agree to abide by all applicable laws of the republic of China where criminal charges may be filed in China if you don't abide by all their terms. Track your location and share it. App doesn't even work.

Device connects & then nothing. It's not losted on main page as my devices, just gives the option to add new device again. Rebooted base unit, app & phone numerous times with the same result.
