Worst experience. The app claims to show live data, but you have to keep reloading and each reload takes too long. It is very slow to open. It feels easier to go to the inverter directly. Even when it shows online, it often displays old data. You must press sync every time to get current settings, otherwise you may update using outdated values. It also does not store historical inverter usage data and always shows 0 0. Sometimes it even fails to log in and keeps loading.

I just don't understand why you guys can't provide realtime tracker? There are also lot of frequent errors, auto logout issues, cant login from 2 devices at same time, I mean have you heard of Claude or Chatgpt? You can easily fix those bugs, it's not even that difficult now.

very poor experience. Primax Hybrid 8kw uses this application. Does not give an option to select modes of usage depending upon consumption.Inverter status shows offline, needs to be refreshed a million times. Also logs itself out automatically. Real time data takes long time to appear. App must be updated or changed. Pathetic.
