Worst experience. The app claims to show live data, but you have to keep reloading and each reload takes too long. It is very slow to open. It feels easier to go to the inverter directly. Even when it shows online, it often displays old data. You must press sync every time to get current settings, otherwise you may update using outdated values. It also does not store historical inverter usage data and always shows O O. Sometimes it even fails to log in and keeps loading.

It’s been almost three years, and this app is still practically useless. I don’t know what Inverex saw in this app that they decided to recommend it to their customers. Honestly, it would have been better to go with a regular inverter, save some money, and use an inverter that can easily connect with other reliable apps. Very disappointing experience. I’m giving it one star only because the app won’t let me post a review without rating it. Otherwise, this app deserves minus 100 stars.

I am experiencing significant performance issues with the monitoring app. The application frequently forces unexpected logouts, and after logging back in, the inverter status incorrectly shows as 'offline.' Once connection is established, the dashboard lags, showing data that is 5 to 6 minutes old. Additionally, manual syncing takes approximately one minute to update. This poor responsiveness severely impacts usability.
